New to Reiki, crystal healing or holistic treatments? Here are a few things you may like to know before booking your session with me.
Do I need to have experienced Reiki or energy healing before?
Not at all. You don't need any previous experience with Reiki, crystals, sound healing or energy work. I will guide you through your session so you can simply relax and enjoy your time.
Which healing package should I choose?
Choose the package that you feel most drawn to. Each experience offers a different combination of holistic facial treatments, Reiki, crystals, sound healing and intuitive guidance.
If you're unsure, you're welcome to get in touch before booking and we can chat about which experience may suit what you're looking for.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax. There is no need to dress up or prepare anything special for your appointment.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
No. Everything needed for your chosen treatment will be provided. You are welcome to bring a journal or something personal if you feel called to, but this is completely optional.
Are the healing sessions personalised?
Yes. While each package has its own inclusions, I take a personalised approach to your experience. We'll have a chat at the beginning of your appointment about how you're feeling and what you'd like from your time with me.
What skincare do you use during the holistic facials?
My holistic facials use Glow Frequency Rituals skincare, bringing skincare and self-care together as part of your healing experience.
Can I request a personalised healing package?
Yes. If the existing packages aren't quite what you're looking for, please get in touch. We can discuss creating a personalised experience using a combination of the treatments I offer.
What happens during an intuitive or psychic medium reading?
Where a reading is included in your chosen package, I use my intuitive and psychic mediumship practice to share guidance and impressions that come through during your session.
Every reading is different, and specific messages or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
What happens after my session?
I recommend giving yourself a little time after your appointment rather than rushing straight into a busy schedule. Drink some water, take things gently and enjoy the rest of your day where possible.
Are holistic healing sessions a replacement for medical care?
No. My Reiki, crystal, sound, intuitive and holistic services are offered for relaxation, reflection and personal wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional healthcare.
