  • Change of Mind
    Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind or based on natural crystal characteristics.

  • Crystal Uniqueness
    Please note that natural stones are minerals from the earth and each one is beautifully unique in pattern, colour, and crystalline composition. No two crystals will ever be exactly the same. Variations from photos, tiny fissures, pits, inclusions, and natural markings are part of their beauty and not considered faults.

  • Return Window
    Returns are accepted for 30 days from purchase date (exclusions apply).

  • Return Shipping Fee
    A $10 Return Shipping Payment Fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Sale Items
    Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

  • Jewellery
    For health, safety, and care reasons, jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged on arrival.
    If proof of damage is provided upon receipt, an exchange or replacement will be offered.
