2. Refund Policy – Crystal Unicorn Sparkles

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the download link has been delivered.

  • For physical crystal products, refunds are only offered if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Sale items, discounted products, or items purchased during Live Sales are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

4. Shipping Policy – Crystal Unicorn Sparkles

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Flat rate shipping: from $12 AUD.

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier services.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Mandurah, WA. Details provided at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary. Any customs/import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Live Sale Orders

  • Combined shipping is available for Live Sales if multiple items are purchased.

  • Orders not paid within 24 hours of a Live Sale may be cancelled.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for resolution.

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
